Vulnerable and low-income people in the province of Chimborazo receive Christmas treats

The Chimborazo Prefecture, through the Provincial Board, continues to deliver candy bags to the different sectors and organizations of the province. Last Thursday, December 24, 643 more covers were delivered to the Chimboracense families.

The prefect of the province, Juan Pablo Cruz, expressed his commitment to reach all sectors with a small detail on these special dates. “At this Christmas time we want to give a little joy to each sector of the province, not only do we arrive with a small detail and toys for the children, behind each one of them there is a family that will also have their Christmas. In addition, on behalf of the Chimborazo Prefecture, we will deliver food kits to all of you, ”he said.

As it was Christmas, the time of sharing, the institution delivered candy bags in the Santa Rosa market to the beneficiaries of ETI- MERCADOS RIOBAMBA, seniors from the Shoboll community, San Juan parish, outstanding athletes from the province, to the Juan 23 Movement, boys, girls and adolescents from the parish head of Quimiag, Licto, children and older adults from the Sulsul, Resgualay, Chalán, Cuelloloma and Guanglus communities.

Vinicio Chávez, director of the Provincial Board of Trustees, fulfilled an emotional Christmas treat, by handing out candy bags, among them the children and adolescents of the Santa Rosa Market, who were accompanied by their parents who work in this marketing center. .

“How pleasant it is to be able to see them with that smile, visit and give them a small detail that can brighten their day. With the support of the Prefect of the province, we have come to you, to make you smile, dear children, it is our best reward, ”Chávez said.

For her part, the manager of the “Santa Rosa” market, Jennifer Caicedo, thanked the Chimborazo Prefecture for the delivery, “thank you very much on behalf of the children and their mothers, for the delivery of the bag with candies, which means a joy in the midst of this situation that we are experiencing ”, he said.
